Limited Warranty – 1 Year

Every Dexnamic product is built to perform. That’s why we back each item with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
If your backpack experiences an issue due to a manufacturing defect within one year of purchase, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.

What’s covered:

• Zippers, buckles, stitching, or structural materials that fail due to workmanship.

What’s not covered:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage or misuse
• Cosmetic wear such as scuffs, fading, or abrasions

How to Start a Warranty Claim

1. Email info@dexnamic.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with simple return or repair instructions.
3. Once your item is received, your refund, exchange, or repair will be processed quickly.
